All bookings made with us are subject to availability and may require confirmation before finalizing your itinerary.

3. Booking Process To book a service, you must provide accurate personal information and full payment for the chosen services unless otherwise specified. All bookings are subject to confirmation by The Vacation Explorer. You will receive an email with your booking confirmation, which will include all relevant details regarding your itinerary, including flight details, accommodation, and any other services included.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposits & Full Payment: For most services, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The full balance must be paid by the due date, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer, or other approved methods of payment.
• Currency: All payments are processed in the currency specified during the booking process.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Depending on the timing of your cancellation and the terms of the service provider, cancellation fees may apply.
  • For tours or packages, cancellation fees may range from 20% to 100% of the total cost.
  • For flights or accommodations, the cancellation policy of the airline or hotel will apply.
• Cancellations by Us: If The Vacation Explorer is unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, supplier insolvency, etc.), we will offer you a full refund or alternative arrangements.

6. Changes to Your Booking If you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., changing dates or services), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional fees as imposed by suppliers.

7. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or loss of baggage. Insurance can be arranged through us at the time of booking.

8. Travel Documentation You are responsible for ensuring that you have the correct and valid travel documents for your trip, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. The Vacation Explorer is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or missing documentation.

9. Health & Safety You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health to travel. If you have any pre-existing health conditions or require special assistance, please inform us at the time of booking. Some destinations may have specific health or vaccination requirements, which are your responsibility to fulfill.

10. Force Majeure The Vacation Explorer is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to your itinerary due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
• Strikes, political unrest, or terrorism
• Acts of government or other authorities
• Airline or other transportation strikes
• Health emergencies or pandemics

In the event of force majeure, we will do our best to offer alternative arrangements or a refund where applicable.

11. Liability The Vacation Explorer acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). While we strive to provide the best services and customer experience, we are not responsible for:

• Any loss, injury, damage, or delay that occurs during your trip
• The actions or omissions of third-party suppliers
• The failure of the travel services to meet your expectations

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

12. Travel Conduct You agree to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during your travels. If you engage in any behavior that disrupts the services provided, or causes harm or inconvenience to other customers, suppliers, or staff, The Vacation Explorer reserves the right to terminate your booking without refund.

13. Personal Data & Privacy By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary for your booking, including passport details, emergency contacts, and health information (if applicable). We will never share your personal data without your consent, except as required for the provision of services.

14. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi. Any disputes or legal matters arising from your use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
